Canine Family 

Hollywood is a Chinese Crested "puff" (coated) fun-loving boy.  He was Sabastian's favorite playtime buddy.  They did EVERYTHING together!  He was our very 1st foster for B-is-B.   The two of them behaved exactly like you'd expect two brothers to be. Wake, wrestle, play, run, chew, and then eat followed by a crash (naptime).   Mr. Wood (as we called him) is thriving with his Forever Mon in Arkansas.  This boy is P-E-R-F-E-C-T and we will always have room for him in THIS house!!

Blanca was a special nekkid Chinese Crested / English Spaniel mix loaded with sweetness. She was so loving and has a very warm personality. Blanca's most noticable feature is her hundreds of tiny spots all over her tiny body. She was also featured on a pet TV show in January 2019 because of her special "Wiggle Butt" ability. She didn't win her category but everyone had lots of fun.

This furry little guy, Luka, is a Chinese Crested "puff" / Poodle mix. Although he kinda reminds you of "Big Bird" from Sesame Street, Luka is much smaller and loads of snuggly fun. Typical of most puppies, he WILL get into things when not watched closely! He ate my glasses TWICE but that was my fault. Luka is such a smart and adorable boy and he grew on our hearts so deeply. His Forever Home is very happy and proud to have such a wonderful companion. Luka is enjoying a full life in sunny Florida.

Norman is a Dachshund / Chihuahua mix and he was a perfectly well-behaved little boy. He loved to play ALL DAY, every day. He was pulled from a shelter because he needed a "cherry eye" surgically corrected and it was likely that it wouldn't happen. Once it was fixed he looked normal and played even more than before. His adopters love everything about him and spoil him day and night.

Willy-O is a very special purebred Chinese Crested. He was an owner-surrender and came to the rescue at the age of three. His name is special also. It was changed to this because he recognized himself as "Wierdo" which his previous human called him. He did not trust anyone at first and prefered to be left alone and far away in the yard. He is very smart too! He grew to love and trust us so deeply and it was extremely hard to send him to his Forever Home. He will always hold a HUGE place in our hearts. He is enjoying life and trhiving in Texas today.

Rickshaw is a rambunctious wrecking ball of a boy that never had a dull moment. He is a hairless Chinese Crested / Dachsund mix with a unique look and behavior. He is extremely social and loves to participate in a good run around the backyard. He put all of his energy into playing with Harley, our Beagle. He knows how to love his humans entirely with all of his sweet heart. He is living his life in the Kentucky right now along with a mom and dad that adore him.

Wrangler (Tenley's half-brother) is a fun-loving playboy. He is a hairless Chinese Crested / Chihuahua mix puppy with chocolae brown spots all over. At first, he only found confidence with his half-sister, but as time passed he got used to living with all different types of dog personalities. Wrangler loves every toy in the house and took time to play with each one. Every day he was seen carrying them out of the house until the back yard is nearly covered. He was cuddly, snuggly and his tail wags all the time.

Tenley is a Crested / Chihuahua mix and she is such a DIVA!!! She is confident, dedicated, loving, and usually found snuggled up to her Foster Poppa. She really likes to tuck her face into small areas when she takes her nap. Her personality is so different from Wrangler (her litter-mate brother). Like most Chihuahuas, she calls the shots!!! She plays with the other dogs around here but only on her own terms.

Kringle had a tough time at first. He did not like ANY kind of crate time and it stressed him excessively. We moved him into a crib next to our bed at night and that solved all of his issues. Kringle LOVED to play and run outside. He had gotten so fast that he doesn't do the "bunny hop" anymore. He used to run 4 strides, hop, run 3 strides, hop, run 4 strides, hop...etc. Another thing Kringle loved is playing fetch with a small-sized tennis ball. He grew to become a very loving companion and loves his Forever home very very much.

Kipton is an adorable long haired Dachshund mix. He is a very intelligent and confident little man that has beautiful jet black hair. Kipton learned his name within just a few hours after arriving here. He loved to play with every toy he could get his paws on (especially the biggest toys in the toy box). This boy has such huge potential and he is being spoiled / loved in his perfect Forever Home today in North Carolina.

Silas is a beautiful brown long-haired dapple Dachshund that is over-flowing with personality. Silas also has these gorgeous Hazel eyes that just adore having you in his sight. He enjoyed running the backyard chasing the many birds and ducks that frequently fly overhead. He was placed in his Forever Home along with a previous foster, Kipton, a few weeks after that adoption. These two were always great together and because of fate, they will always have each other. :-) They are hob-knobbing in North Carolina in a great home.

Adaline is a very self-assured young Chihuahua / Beagle or Jack Russell mix and full sister to Peso. (We Foster them both). Adaline has always had a preference to snuggle up in Foster Dads lap, especially when she is tired from playing all day. Her puppy-energy never seemed to end. Don't let her small size fool you! She is as tough as nails and loves a good wrestle. She found her Forever Home in August 2018 where she is very loved and ruler of the house.

Peso is a sister to Adaline but we believe him to be Chihuahua Beagle / Jack Russell mix becausee of his never-ending energy. He was very dependent on his sister and gravitated toward her until she was adopted. Once that happened Peso became much less timid, extremely smart and adaptable. It was difficult to let him go because he really blossomed as a great little companion. We just LOVE that little boy! He found a loving home in North Carolina.

Manolo is a 5 month old Peruvian Inca Orchid (PIO). This young boy came in a bit timid and insecure but soon learned his way with our croud. He grew in our hearts quickly and found his Forever Home locally in only 3 weeks. Once placed in his Forever Home here in Myrtle Beach they decided to relocate closer to their other family in Colorado. We have been in touch with them and Manolo is truly the center of their daily lives and everyone loves each other tremendously.

Simba is a super sweet, quiet little 4 year old Powder-Puff Crested. This young boy loves to play ball all by himself. Starting off slowly, he stayed back and watched our routines and gradually found himself fitting in just fine. He is a precious "Little Nugget" that turned everyone's head once he got featured. He found his forever home rught here in Myrtle Beach after only 3 1/2 weeks with us. Simba and his new Family are great for each other.

Liberty is a playful, very high energy 4 month old hairless Chinese Crested puppy. She is mostly black with the exception of two hind toes and a few underbody spots. Her little black and white fly-away mullet hair will make you chuckle. This tiny bundle of cuteness is a huge personality. She is smart and a keen learner. She loves playing with her toys and will fetch them endlessly for you to toss. Liberty is usually quiet but can be extra vocal when she wants your attention. She has a fondness for buttons and shoe laces. This little girl should always be observed and kept in sight because she can become occasionally mischievous. This little stick of dyn-o-mite is living in Ohio with an adoring and loving family.

This hairless Chinese Crested came to us (at 5 months old) through an owner surrender. He is a very beautiful boy with a loving nature. He weighs about 7 pounds right now with classic pink spotted skin He has baby-fine flowing white hair on his head with a patch brown/black over his right eye. His legs also have the white soft hair along with his gorgeous tail. One thing that is clear is his intelligence because he figures out things very quickly. He really likes to curl up in Papa's lap after a long day of playing. River is enjoying his Forever Home life in Illinois.

Taylee is an adorable true hairless Chinese Crested with belly spots and a chocolate jacket. She also has this tiny little "soul patch" of hair on her back just above her tail. This medium-sized girl loves giving tight hugs and pressing into you firmly for more. "Tay Tay" (as we call her) was cautious for a few days when introduced to our other dogs in this foster-home. Taylee enjoys getting a belly rub anytime and LOVES any ball! She is extremely intelligent and always aware of her new surroundings first before jumping into anything. She is thriving now in Tennessee today with a very adoring Forever Family and lots of doggie friends.

Blair (Kano's sister) is a fun-sized ball of sweetness at 5 pounds that is mostly hairless. She is thought to be a Shilo-mix. Her reddish hairs seem wiry but are very soft to the touch on her head and legs. Her petite blue-grey body does not mind cooler weather as long as she gets to run and play. Blair and her brother, Kanos, love running, barking and playing especially outdoors. They take turns staring toward each other just waiting for the right moment to "Pounce"! Blair was adopted first and now resides in sunny Florida with a great Forever Family.

Kanos (Blair's brother)  is a slick and soft brown-haired puppy that loves his life. He is a coated Shilo-mix that has a bounce in every step he takes. His happy-go-lucky personality shines all day long as he explores every inch of the backyard. He is currently 7 pounds of snuggle buddy and we expect him to top out around 24 pounds. . He had a "cherry eye" that diddn't seem to bother him very much and that has been surgically corrected. Kanos his lots of puppy-energy and it makes no difference to him who is around to play with. His Forver Home was found in New Jersey.

Raj is a Chinese Crested "Powder Puff" and ohhhh what a puff he is!! We liked to call him "Ray-Ray" because it was easier for him to respond to and for us to say. When he first arrived he reminded us of a hedgehog with his beady eyes pearing through the fuzz. Once he was trimmed it gave him a more distinctive presence. He is the sweetest little guy and loves snuggling face-to-face. He joins "Simba" in his Forever Home, a previous foster of ours. His home a few miles away right here in Myrtle Beach. Hopefully we will get to visit with him sometime.

This little guy is Memphis. He is a Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix with a tri-color coat and a special white tip on his tail. He shines with a sweet temperament and fun-loving nature. He is cuddly and his tail always wags care-free. Memphis collects gobs of things meaning they will likely end up in his favorite play spot. This boy is very sharp-witted, a quick learner, gentle and very playful with just the right amount of goofy. He is extremely smart and learns everything very quickly. He will be a fantastic playmate for "Cooper" in his Forever Home in Wilmington North Carolina.

Meet Arlo! He is a tiny and mighty little Chihuahua. Arlo has a loving cuddle temperament and is a perfect super-sweet boy. His shiny and slick jet-black coat is a unique canvas that contrasts his white tuxedo chest markings. Each of his 4 small paws look as though they have been dipped in white powdered sugar. The bright white tip of Alro's happy tail is constantly wagging. Alro is a confident and fun-sized companion for the right Forever Home.

Arlo weighs 6 1/2 pounds but don't be fooled by his small size. He has one huge personality and is extremely intelligent. You can feel the wheels turning in his little head as he figures out any complex situation. This boy has an insatiable curiosity and loves figuring things out. He learned his name in just a few hours. Arlo found his Forever Home in South Carolina and is being spoiled rotten right now. Atta Boy, Arlo!

Kollin is an good-looking schnauzer-mix with a fantastic "All Boy" personality. He has a lovable gentle temperament. Kollin has light tanned short hair with a fuzzy halo mixed with white noticeable markings on his chest and legs. Kollin's eyes are noticeably light hazel and full of bubbly annimation. His puppy energy keeps his tail wagging non-stop. He shows confidence while at the same time exhibits his own style of goofiness.

Kollin was constantly finding things to put into his busy mouth. He always responded quickly to his name and would eagerly run to you when he was called. Kollin and his sister, Sophie Raye, found their forever home in Charleston South Carloina.

Sophie Raye (Kollin's sister) is a pretty little schnauzer-mix with a meek and timid personality.  She has a gentle temperament but can turn it on if she gets ryled.  She has short black hair with a fuzzy dark grey halo.   She enjoys wandering aimlessly around the grass looking for bugs or worms to eat.  Sophie loves human companionship and being held close to nibble and lick at your nose.

Fisher is a full brother of Paxton but these two couldn't be more different from each other.  He is fluffy and sweet like a big ball of cotton candy.  He is snuggly with an extremely gentle nature and temperament.  He enjoys tugging on the corners of blankets, small toys and chews on things to sooth those sharp new puppy teeth. This little boy tends to notice any small difference in a room or in the yard, such as a moved lawn chair, and give his very own one-of-a-kind bark/growl. Fisher found his Forver Home right here in Myrtle Beach.

Paxton  (a full brother of Fisher)  has a shiny light brown coat with a touch of white highlights throughout. He iss VERY tenderhearted and sensitive so be careful to correct him in a soft-spoken and considerate manner or he would give you those very sad eyes! In the evenings he loves calling it a day then find some sofa TV time with his foster mom and dad. He likes pulling the matt out of the kennel then begins to knead the edges and then suckles it as if it were his mommy (his sweet little eyes closed). Paxton was found by a loving family that he could call his very own in Greenville South Carolina.

Bowie is a golden-haired chocolate brown chinese crested with a fantastic manner and temperament. He was only a year and a half coming into rescue and (like many surrenders) everything that was said about him was wrong. He was robbed of his puppyhood and segregated from dogs and people much of the time because of his loud squeals. We brought him into our home and gave him the confidence of knowing we were his to find comfort with. He quickly became such a perfect young boy and everything anyone would ever want in a companion. For every ounce of love we gave him, he returned a pounds worth. Bowie is so full of life, full of energy and never bored for things to do. He became a part of a beautiful family ner Richmod Virgina with a big brother of the same age.  

"Moose" or "Pumpkin" only visited us for a short time while waiting on his adopters to arrange his transportation.  They say he is a English Bulldog & Chinese Crested mix but we really don't know.  He does have a distinguished look either way.  He was very large and so much  PUPPY!!  He always liked being head-petted.  He was very smart and a kind gentle soul, very affectionate to both people and other dogs.

This is Saylor!   He is a small Xolo (Mexican Hairless) mix full of spunk and energy.  He has a easy-going nature and keeps to himself much of the time instead of interacting with other dogs. Saylor prefers being very close to his human either on a bed or blanket-wrapped in a lap. Saylor likes to duck his head and roll over several times. He is very agile and a good jumper
